On the face of it based on the original post the broker seems to be unresponsive, and not doing his job. Is he a one man band with major personal problems, or a branch of a chain that really only wants to sell very big motorboats?

Oh not giving any details at all. Just got fed up trying to get a viewing. I’ve limited time myself and needed to view at some point. Was going to do a sail by but no point really.

Without being crude. Shit happens. I’m sure we all strive for perfection.
