We stay afloat year round, mooring and anchor April to Nov and marina for the winter. When we are out and about we grow quite a beard at the waterline and down about 100mm. I'm always reluctant to scrub it too much and loose the antifoul.
We are out in June for a clean and fresh antifoul and I'm thinking of using hard racing stuff in a 200mm band down from the boot top so I can scrub the beard off more frequently. Anyone else out there do it?
