In the autumn I replaced the 50% Eaten anodes with new ally ones and checked there was minimal resistance between them and what they were protecting. The boat was back in the water for a few weeks and then out for the winter. The anodes are now very 'crusty' and it is very hard to get a low resistance circuit, I presume because of the 'crust'. Is this normal? Can I assume that once the boat is back in the water there will be a good circuit and the outdrive/tabs/thruster will be protected?
