So hardly a breath of wind the past month or so tomorrow I have the day booked as holiday, with a nice trip over to the Island all arranged, picnic food for Osborne Bay lunch delivered by Tesco, etc. SWMBO and kids all geared up for an early(ish) start.

So what's the weather forecast - F5 gusting to 45 knots. Deep joy.

So instead Ive got to take them all to West Quay in Southampton to spend the hard earned on clothes for our holiday in April. I can feel the boredom setting in already !

I'm about to set off for the boat just to check she hasn't blown away like 4 panels of my garden fence.

Well I feel sorry for you all. Down here in the SoF it was a perfect day with a pod of dolphins playing around the boat just to top things off.

I'm looking at moving our sailboat from Shamrock Quay to one of the Hamble marinas tomorrow, if anyone needs a boaty fix get in touch.
