Brothers charged after boat death
Two brothers have been charged with murder after the captain of a pleasure boat died following a row.

Michael Reed, 67, from Barking, died in hospital on Saturday night.

Earlier in the evening officers had been called to reports of an argument on a vessel at Tower Pier, on the River Thames, in central London.

Andrew Liddard, 21, of Harlow, Essex, and his brother Christopher, 26, of Hoddesdon, Herts, are due in court later charged with murder and affray.

Scotland Yard said Mr Reed was a senior crew member of the City Cruises boat The Millennium of Peace.

Very sad.

What\'s happening here?

Here's a 67 year old man who, according to some reports, is kicked and beaten to point where he dies of his injuries. So we have a post with the title "and you thought ragies were bad...." So what's that about?

And Andrew. He can't feel sympathetic to the murdered man because of an incident involving that boat "a few years ago". Same skipper, different skipper, does it matter?

I'm obviously missing something.

What are 'ragies'?
I'm guessing they are folk in a right old stonk (or rage)?
These two brothers must have been in a right old rage for sure, and probably fuelled up on alcohol.
If they were responsible for killing the Captain, throw the book at them big time.
