We encountered several of these types coming up the wallet yesterday, one was so close I could almost read the writing on his Tee shirt , I thought it it said something like
“I’m a complete & utter cockwomble “ might be wrong tho ………

If that worries you I hope you don’t encounter jetski which create far more issues etc in hitting other objects. Generally most users in the Solent of mobo have their eyes open -sometimes you see ribs which hit buoys in the Soton water but generally even these well driven compared to jetski types.
