It is collapsible yes. It's a Nautiraid foldable. Also has two inflatable tubes. Concertinas down and goes away all neat and tidy in a bag. We tend to leave him up tho.

Found this idly browsing the forum - I should point out our commercial interest as we sell these Nautiraid Coracle folding dinghies alongside our own Nestaway sectional boats, Portabote folding boats and DinghyGo sailing inflatables.
Not hitting floating objects in the water is a good idea in most boats, but no particular extra precautions are required when using a Nautiraid Coracle folding dinghy as featured in video. The skin is made from Hypalon, ie not cheap but more puncture and abrasion resistant than almost any other flexible fabric. Also being a skin-on-frame boat it's only in tension rather than under high pressure so has more ability to flex to absorb an impact, rather than puncture. The frame is made from ash and has been in production with the same jointing mechanism since 1936, originally for folding ships' lifeboats. Whilst each piece does not require a great deal of strength to put in place, they all act in tension against each other to make a very strong "skeleton".
The main advantages of this type of craft, besides folding up for easier transport and storage, are speed of assembly (under two minutes once you have the technique) and light weight. Just over 50-lb for the 8ft (250) model, of which about half is the removable cross frames and floorboards, so the folded hull weight is under 30-lb.
