Look into 'For Sale': there is a 25lb genuine CQR, no takers. BUY IT! Ideal for your bower anchor. I carry 2, plus a 7kg Brittany kedge. Used a 35lb cast 'plough' for a few years until I discovered why a 25lb genuine CQR penetrates and holds at least as well as a 35lb cast imitation, and is stronger too. A CQR has held my 4.5 ton 32-footer in all weathers, some quite extreme, in over a thousand anchorages. I have also adopted Bruce anchors, at 25 and 35lb, found them unreliable, and gave them away.
