Went out yesterday to a local anchorage did a few sets and resets with a fortress fx7, 4kg delta lewmar and the 13lb mantus.
Both the delta and 13lb mantus set solidly with and without chain at 3:1.
The fortress got fouled very quickly with seaweed and pebbles and wouldn't set. It also had a tendency to kite with the flukes facing skyward when being deployed something that you wouldn't want if being deployed while still moving in an emergency.
I have decided to take the fortress off and put the delta on as a second/kedge with 3m of chain and warp
