Anchor winch

I noticed on Sunday that Anchor chain was slipping through the winch and on closer inspection the grooves that hold the chain in the pulley appear worn. Any one tell me if this is a repalceable part of the winch sytem on a Targa?

I don't know the particlar model but it should be reasonably easily replaced but are you sure it is the chain slipping round the gypsy and not the gypsy's clutch slipping?
