I reckon it's a Sperm whale.

Definitely not a Sperm whale; the jaw is all wrong and Sperm whales have a much bulkier and "squared off" head. Fin whale is likely.

Defiantly not a sperm whale
When I used to Scuba dive, we had an encounter with a pod of hump backs on our way to a dive sight
They stopped and we had a lovely dive with them until they got fed-up and moved on
We then carried on and dived with some raggy tooth sharks
