As a newcomer to the Solent I have been using this website http://www.troppo.co.uk/tightwad/tightwad.htm to find our way about the quieter areas and without going bankrupt in the process. Not found any than other than good advice. Just to record a thanks.

After years of going from the Solent to Studland Bay near Poole, Tightwad Sailor helped us "find" East Head near Chichester with it's lovely beaches so I no longer have to worry about anchoring on sea horses
