Anyone know if the BBC are covering it even if only red button?? All I can find is BT Sky and I don't have it... Alternatively web? Youtube?

..and it was superb - pretty much what got me in to watching the America's Cup but they don't seem to have the live channel for these races, maybe because they're only qualifiers??

Yup, this time they had dollar signs in their eyes, no free feeds on the Internet.

Well they are numpties as I want to watch it and pay them and I can't.

I think bt have exclusive rights to the live feeds in the uk so you can't pay through the app.

I am on talktalk broadband and don't have sky so can't sign up for bt sport.

I bet if they made it easy people would firk out a tenner or so for the weekend to watch!

Also while i am ranting, the app has a 2 star rating in the play store (android). If it was my business i would be embarrassed!!

Unless I'm missing something, the online presence is really poor.

Whilst I doubt BT are giving it anything like the exposure needed to justify the sponsorships, I get that they need exclusive coverage but I'd happily pay to watch today through the app but I can't. Then even the highlights video is only two minutes.

AC needs exposure.

I sat on the beach outside al-mouj golf club yesterday watching them just offshore. It's only 10 minute walk from my home whilst I work in oman. Sure was tough, 33degC on the beach . Good conditions for the sailing with a fair afternoon breeze but not as much as these boats would have liked I suspect. There were a few recognisable faces at the bar on Thursday night (race preparations?) but I wont mention anyone. Good to see the boats again & I had some fond reminiscing of being out on my own boat watching the heats in Portsmouth last year. Good to see team GB only a couple of points of NZ in the overall results.

I have emailed the BBC to ask them what they are up to! I'm sure they have rights for highlights.

The coverage is terrible considering the profile of Ben Ainslie. Maybe I will email him!

Interesting that even the French language coverage is now gone on that web site....

Only stuff I could find was with that hugely irritating "Sailing Girl" character....
