Ben Ainslie’s AC team have announced that Dylan Fletcher, last year’s winning skipper of SailGP, will be returning as helm of the GB entry for the next Americas Cup. Presumably Ben A will be stepping ashore this time?
Also a rebranded team name of GB1, but that is much less significant (other than perhaps suggesting no title sponsor yet?)

As I see it, even if Jim The Rat wins ownership of the boat it'll be of no use to him because he hasn't got a team and I very much doubt that anyone would want to sail for him given his recent public statements.

2 possibilities I see:

1. The price of secondhand AC37s has rocketed recently with several potential new last-minute teams and a shortage of boats, so maybe he is now seeing value which wasn’t there before.
2. He’s being so childish about the fallout that he’s deliberately trying to scupper Athena/GB1’s participation - even if he doesn’t ultimately win his case it will deter any serious investors and make it very difficult for then to do anything with the boat until the case, which could drag on for a long time, is settled.
