A couple of years back my beloved.. (not SWMBO) .. got a bonus.. she had a choice, a new kitchen when we didn't even have one.. or new sails for the boat.. I was duly dragged to the Southampton boat show !!!

So you see, it is possible to find a woman who loves sailing more than a fitted kitchen..

And no you can't have her!!! (or my wife)

MY X wife was rather annoyed when I spent the savings for a new kitchen on a boat, I do not think the suggestion that she had a new kitchen but it was called a galley impressed her...

My new fiancée has accepted me buy a bigger boat before a house... She also was the one who asked "Why we did not bring our passports, we should of gone to France?" during our early season shake down cruise, last year (start of her 3rd season sailing)..
