Aluminium Door handle - how to remove tarnish

Does anyone have a secret recipe/technique for cleaning tarnish/oxidisation/verdigris from aluminium door furniture - fitted by the Nautor yard when new

Ive checked online and the TrioVing hardware (see picture) isn't available in aluminium any more and anyway is crazy expensive

This is an example of the tarnishing I would like to remove - its on all the door handles, escutcheons and locks - nothing wrong with the operation but they look unloved

I used AutoSol Solvol to clean many small fittings, stainless and aluminium on my refit. Applied with a rag and polished off, or a toothbrush for fiddly bits and polished off with a rag. It also leaves a dry film on the item that can't be seen and lasts a long time.

Any decent metal polish will work. Solvol, Peek etc.
