agree, but you are not going to get any finish of substance by not removing them.

The gist of the thread seemed to be they were being removed.

Looks good. As always the quality is in the prep and epoxy probably the best choice for in-situ repair.

Some photos of mine - not great quality I'm afraid but then I was too busy doing the repairs myself!
