Alternator for KAD 44's

When I had problems with mine while on a cruise I stopped off at Caernarfon to see if I could get it repaired at a rewinders. He took one look at it and said something about a Volvo 40 and I said no, boat, he just smiled nodded sagely, said, same thing and gave me a new one for a tiny fraction of the dealer price. Cant fault it. Works fine.

and the make / part number is ?

If its just the voltage regulator or brushes.
Look up jcr supplies in London look on the unit for the part number.
Easy enough to fit yourself
