Just finished reading it by Sir Francis Chichester. The story of him winning the 1960 single handed transat on Gipsy Moth 3. Written in diary form from the notes he kept during the race. Very entertaining.
I now know what a 'jigger' is, and also a 'spanker'
I thought it might appeal to the forumites on here. I would like to keep it but I'll post it to anyone who fancies reading it as long as they return when read -or pass it on to the next reader. I shall put my details in the sleeve.
