Almarine Seafire

Hi,

I have just bought a disgracefully down-at-heel Almarine Seafire on ebay. Has anyone got any info/history/thoughts (polite or otherwise!) on the class? Sadly, google isn't generating anything interesting and currently I can't decide whether the boat looks like great fun or just downright dangerous..

ive just bought one from ebay as well but its not to bad a condition. The first one i went to have a look at was a right mess. holes, patches, silicone everywhere, hand painted. dont understand why people make such a mess of them. Any way like I say Ive just got one and it just needs a little tlc. Ive been doing a little bit of digging myself so if you have any questions I may be able to help and vice versa. My main thing at the mo is finding somewhere to get a screen made for it.
