Sounds like the standard contracts offered by all of tha Algarve marinas. From experience, once you have got your feet under the table, if you are on a 6 month contract, you may be able to get time out somewhere else to be added to your contracted time but you will not be allowed into the expensive time (17 Jun - 17 Sep).
