Why do you feel that Alex has to 'redeem himself after the last race'? I don't recall him doing anything that would mean he has to redeem himself.

I thought it wasn't in the spirit of sailing or racing to purposely avoid the finish line of the pre race race last time, and wish the bad juju of winning the pre race on to Mike Golding.
