Now how did they know I'm starting to think about antifouling.... :D

B&Q value rollers, but 4inch is a good size. you can hold the 4inch tray in one hand and the roller in the other.
the smaller rollers are easier to remove and replace, and you don't waste so much expensive antifoul when you
change them.

7" roller on a pole, tray on the ground. whats easier than that, i can get around 37` in 30 min`s

I find the wide rollers apply too much AF. Also the fibres seem to flick the paint everywhere. My boat needs only one thin coat for the summer so I prefer to use the 4".

As an aside has anyone tried spraying AF and with what results ?

The stick is vital, saves much bending and getting covered in paint. Stops you looking like a:

Smurf (blue antifoul)
Extra from a slash movie (red antifoul)
Goth (black antifoul)
The incredible hulk (green antifoul)

My boat was sprayed with AF in Lisbon last August. Seems to be doing the business so far though she won't be coming out until October in the UK this year to see how we'll it's held up.
