Alderney - 38p or 20p!!

38p at mainbrayce swindlery or 20p from alderney electricity! Only found out from the harbourmaster after I had partly filled at Mainbrayce, neeedless to say within 20 minutes had arranged a complete fill with Alderney electric, who are by the garage only 100 meters or so from the harbour. Minimum of 100 litres, fill up by tanker ovet the harbour wall by arrangement with the harbourmaster.

Not a swindle at all Mainbrayce still have to pay a premium for their fuel but Alderney Electric buy it in larger quantities so can get it at cheaper prices. You wont find Alderney Electric open 7 days a week for fuel like this.

Same in Guernsey Boatworks + sell at 35ppl and tanker at 19ppl. You will find that the MBM cruise club take everyone to BW+ for their fuel even tho the tankerr is much much cheaper!

Totally disagree, a complete rip off, local boats filling up will not have paid 38p when they know it's on sale for 20p. Just the visiting suckers like me!

Ah but is the tanker available seven days a week most hours of the day and on no notice?

Same with BW+ but you stil fuelled there even tho I told you the tanker was cheaper!

Well now you know why dont you publish Alderney Powerstations contact numbers for us all to use.
