Albin Scampi replace bent compression post

As anyone placed the s/s compression post in a Scampi. The top 4 screws come down from under the mast. We don't went to remove the mast to get at the top of the screws. We have loosing the rigging and tried jacking up the coach roof the couple of mils. needed but it didn't work. Any ideas?

Unbolt the base of the mast and move the foot far enough to access the bolts
