Aktio boatyard outside contractors

I have heard several people say that Aktio has started to add a mark-up if you are having external contractors undertake work on your boat.

Last time I spoke with them, there was no mentioning of that. Can anyone confirm this?

I would have thought that the yard,in fact any yard is well within its rights to add a mark up to the price charged by an outside contractor using their premises,possibly their electricity and other facilities while doing work on a boat in the yard. Surely you cant have a problem with this?

My boat is at Aktio and I would definitely have a problem with that.
