Hi all, I'm looking for a recommendation for an online chandler/marine electronics shop (uk based) that has a fast response time and answers emails! Background is I'm in the pacific with virtually no internet signal and need to identify the triducer i have to order a replacement. I have a friend coming out in ten days who cold bring it with him.

Any recommendations would be gratefully recieved!

PRS Comms in Harwich would be my choice.

However, if you post some details here, perhaps you'd get an answer. What's the triducer connected to ? What sort of plug (a pic might be handy if you can) ?

Awesome, thank you both. Details of the current transducer are: it's conmected to a furuno fl50 by a grey five pin cable (the connector to the fl50 is round), the through hull is copper with an outide diameter of 2 inches and sits vertically 4 inches high inside the hull, I'm guessing the hull is around an inch thick at that point). Any help?
