Airbreeze wind gennie problem and parts

I'm going to have to pull my airbreeze apart to look into a problem with the brake being stuck on preventing it from spinning freely.

Has anyone got one of these and had this problem?
I'm guessing it might be a problem with brushes and possibly a short circuit that's activating the brake. (rather like it's designed to do with the switch)

Has anyone swapped out the brushes and if so, where might be a good place to find them?

The original place I bought it from (Barden) no longer sell them and I'm just out of warranty I think.

It has been worth every penny though, it has been brilliant thus far. Feel quite lost without it. (my batteries even more so)
 
Yes, I have heard they are the best turbines.

The previous website (in a previous reply) had silly prices (e.g. 15 quid for a snap ring!?) and they only seemed to sell whole circuit boards and not brushes?
