Coney Island was sold a month back....in part due to that s**t weather you mention. Not a real fan of this style of forum layout, but I'll get used to it I suppose...grumble, grumble.

Last the forum heard you were hot footing it back to SS to buy a larger Pred...........................as you were so happy with the whole SS experience.............

An update would be good !

Hey Mark, hope you're both well. We're in Antibes for two weeks from Sunday, so may get to catch up if you're around. Haven't been since mid June due to house move and the boat going out on 5 week charter.

Hiya Nick. Saw your boat had gone. I thought maybe you were exploring.

We are back on 22nd until the end of the month so let's hook up. Would be great to see you both :)

Hiya. Will see you then, Nick too. Just finishing 2 week tour of corsica and sardinia. Berthed in Calvi port right now, next to Alain Prost, who's been following us anchorage by anchorage and port by port, the whole way round. Fantastic weather. Went thru gargola passage today in flat sea. Boat now has over 200 hours and 2000nm, which aint bad considering it was commissioned in March. Pictures later

Not sure it's worthy of note, but I've finally got my boat launched after a couple of years of graft...

If you ever fancy swapping boats for the weekend just drop me a pm :D :D

Ohhh, and the summers here are pretty good!!!!

Hiya, we had summer in June for a couple of days. :D

As you've not been around, you've probably missed the 'Hurricane' delivery and return of his P67 to Malta, via Tunisia (and a few other places).

If you're planning to go into Tunisia, it may be worth dropping Mike a line or he may even pop up on this thread. The officials in Tunisia are some what corrupt, they can give you major headaches. They operate a little like our M.P.s' but these guys like to claim their expenses from passing Mobo skippers. The fuel is suspect too!

There are ways around these problems but some insider info may be of great help and save you a few bob too.

Just stick to the racing line, jfm, and keep it smooth.

We were supposed to have been in SoF twice this summer, the second time being next week. But for various reasons it's just not happening for us. Anyway, I hear it's very hot and sunny and that would never suit someone like me who's growing webbed feet in the UK.
