Is is legal to ride in the forests in Scotland? I have access to them and just acquired a Yam TD125 for off-road use - was wondering about the law though!
Akshully, I gave it to my wife for her birthday - not impressed - she can't reach the ground with her feet! Oh well, I'll just use it myself

I find it fun.

Couple of hours on the bike gets you to some spectacular sites in Cowal. Dont know about the legality of it all - no one has chased me off yet, but then I'm not scooting about making a spectacle of myself - more like just pottering.

The forestry trails around Tighnabruaich are open to the public - but in winter I would be amazed to see anyone on them.

Summer is reserved for sailing though...
