Hi again, If the survey is good we will be the new owners of a Bayliner Contessa Command Bridge 2580, the Mrs wants some stainless steel guard rails fitted around the aft deck along with the canvas covers I have seen with the boat name,so can anyone please point me in the right direction of where to buy ?
Thanks
Geoff and Dee

Unlikely you will be able to buy the rails off the shelf, so you will have to find a stainless steel fabricator to make them for you. Maybe the broker or surveyor can recommend somebody. Any canvas worker sailmaker will be able to make covers for you. Make sur you are sitting down when you get the quotes,, particularly for the steelwork.

I'd be interested in making your handrails although I am in Devon near J27 M5 so you would need to do the drawings.
Could probably also do your covers as I'm currently making seating.
PM me if interested.seat.jpg

The Bayliner command bridge is a very clever design. I’ve had two. A 2556 and a 2858.
I hope you have as much fun in yours as I had in mine.
I went to the Channel Islands and France in mine as well as up the Thames.
Here pre the speed limit planing under tower bridge.
