If I were to offer a slight criticism it would be that the teak deck looks too... new. It needs to be more weathered imho.

I think a weekend with 30-40 muddied mini-pirates trampling all over it would certainly give it a more authentic look.

That's a really impressive looking red shed. Hard to see though, cause someone's stuck one of those sailing things in the way.
