I think Corinth to Poros may be a bit ambitious to do in one day. You often have to hang around for a while waiting to go through the canal and it always takes longer than you think to get through.
An alternative stop, if you don't want to visit Aegina, is Korfos - you can go stern-to one of the tavernas if you don't want to anchor. Short sail to Epidavros from there the next day so you'd have plenty of time to visit the historical site. It's well worth it.
The south quay of Ermioni is called Mandrakia and is a good place to stop.
I'd go for a long sail to Kiparrisi the next day, then Plaka/Leonidio or Astrous on the way up to Nafplion.
