Advice sought for 1st Time Purchase

Thats a nice looking boat. Looks tidy too. Just make sure the mechanics are as good as the rest of it.
It did seem in reasonable condition, the worst issue I could find visually was some corners below some windows where moisture has got in over time and stained the wood and on one window slightly softened a tiny bit. I assume this would require taking the windows out and re-sealing them. The engines and engine bay seemed free of corrosion.
It was out of the water (getting stern glands done) and looked in good shape underneath.

Looks like a might fine size to be a liveabord for the price. I have just been watching some utube - It’s by NautiStyles. I was watching on a dufour yacht but there are various mobo ones if you have a few units of time to fill with US makes mainly.

Great boat, used to belong to a friend of mine before the current owner bought her.
Had many great holidays on board touring the west coast.

Interesting to know! Any points to note or anything a prospective buyer (me) should be aware of?
