Clean that graphite lubricant off the engine before use. Graphite is extremely galvanically noble and will corrode the alloy.

Graphite based greases and lubricants should not be on any yacht.

Paraffin is probably cheapest and safest.

Having got back into restoring old cars ( the boat is more or less finished) I came across an alternative to heat for freeing seized items which involves thermal shock, plus penetrants.
Freezing the component actually works better than heating without damage to paint and surrounding materials.
I use Carplan Freeze Your Nuts Off, but Locktite make a similar product. I am sure there are others.
