To be fair, I wasn't asking for spares but asking whether they could confirm the original prop size fitted to my boat. At the very least they should have replied to my e-mail with a polite fob off but they didn't bother to do that even. Still, there are plenty of satisfied owners so I guess they must do something right

to be honest I am surprised about this from Ferretti
as usually they are and have been very helpful in the past, with each question that I asked, even with old boats over 20 years old always getting a good help
on the hand with some British builders, I asked for help about propellers and the other about an AC unit and never got not even the slight reply after various e-mails and phone calls
I think the only efficient UK builder is Sunseeker, answering questions of golden age old SS as soon as they can
I had the same problem with my Gobbi a year ago, and they told me that the type of vynil I had on my 1994 model they dont use it any more, but still gave me the details who suplied it to them and they went on to tell which glue and technique they used on the boat

The lacquer is usually 8 or so coats and pretty thick. So, for minor scratches, abrasive polish works fine. I mean "T Cut" genre stuff - I use the 3M fibreglass cutting paste but I imagine others work fine

DO NOT use T-Cut without testing first. I used it on a small mark on my Sunseeker and ended up with a dull patch. I guess the ammonia did not help.
