advice - Med boat - 40-44ft, c30knots, <£200k

No patio doors is easy.
It's ticking all the boxes which is the challenge. The 47 is a good boat but if you forgo the doors the world is your lobster

Nail on the head ;) Patio doors is the challenge. What I want is a smaller version of the Azimuth 55s - with 2 cabins.

For some reason the Jeanneau's just don't appeal - which is a shame as they tick most of the boxes.

The Astonda's & Azimut's look interesting - I'll research the models.

Don't really like the layout of the Alena's quite so much - but agree they hit the spec

Thanks all

Atlantis also made the 50x4, with patio doors and IPS pod drives. Have a look at it if you want an international brand.
Was offered in two or three cabin layouts.

Another boat to look at, and which I would do it on the top of the list would be the lobster boat inspired Mochi 44 or 51 Dolphin.
Currently a couple of 51s have become much competitive then they used to a year or so ago. They have a garage but is not is not of massive size

Is a 50x4 really a sub £200k boat? Ditto the Dolphins

You might manage to squeeze it, but Sterling is getting down since Brexit. I think a few months ago you could.
But trend on prices on popular models in medium sizes are going up, and I think they want stop. Considering the new ones are so expensive.
Some boats are selling with full prices in Italy. People are selling to actually upgrade now then to get rid of a boat.
