Advice for buying a used F37

I can’t comment on the interior quality versus fairline/princess/sunseeker but there are lots of quality of life features I appreciate on the F37 - examples include plenty of storage, rear cover that can easily be tucked up into a hinged storage compartment, cockpit table with storage area, swivelling helm seat on the flybridge, simple and visible breaker panel above the helm, easy to use and well illustrated fuel valves under a step, etc. It seems that sealine really considered the user to make life easier. Also as has been mentioned, the use of internal space on a 37’ boat seems fantastic.
Engine access not so great though - that’s my only negative so far.

As always thanks folks for your great advice and input. We’re just going to look over the survey details we have make a list of questions we need definitive answers to regarding some of the main issues identified and then wait for proof of work done/recent survey etc.
if things don’t add up then we’ll see how we go about negotiating price.
But even though we are both keen we have enough sense to walk away if it doesn’t pan out and keep looking.
I’d love to have a very elastic budget but we have to be sensible and she’s at the top of ours at her current price. 🥺
