Hello we measured the rpm on the engine 652 rpm on the axel 222. So the delay of the velvet drive is 2,93:1. Coming week the boat goes out of the water to look at the prop.
For everybody helping me with my set up. I know what is wrong with the setup of the boat. The old owner had a Velvet drive broken down a 72c delay 1.51:1. He replaced it with a 71C with delay 2.93:1 but bought one with the wrong rotation in forward. So the left prop was not turning in good direction. I bought a new Velvet Drive 2,1:1 delay and ordered a new prop. If the prop is under the boat I will post the new speed. I bought the 2.1:1 because it was not expensive(400 euro) and I put a whole new revision set in it and cleaned it and cleaned oil cooler. Prop will take some time to make. Will be a 19 inch 20,2 inc with 2,5 Mm cup edge 5 blades. The original prop was 20 inch but upper of the prop was only few inch from under side boat. Like 6 cm so new prop should be way less cavitating. Also old prop was completly de-sinkt and blades had a lot of puts
