Ok I'm new to this and need some advice! I live in Rowhedge, just outside Colchester, and want to make use of the River Colne which runs out to Brightlingsea. But I am feeling confused about what to buy. I am initially looking for a small boat which can take 2 people and is easy to store. I am currently thinking about an inflatable kayak as I do not want to spend more than roughly £300 (then if I do find I am spending more time on the water I can upgrade!) Do you think this would be ok to use on this tidal river between Colchester and Brightlingsea? Where should I start in my search to buy! Thanks!!!
