New purchase won't do you any good - they'll still need updating! And when a new issue is produced the corrections for the previous issue will evaporate from the website.

Not that I know of. Maybe, if you post what you need, someone else may be able to help. I think I still have the updates to SC5611 Issue 1 on my puter.
