Admiralty Easytide - backward step

If anyone finds a phone app that will show the tide graphs in anything like the old format can they please mention it here. There appear to be lots in the play store but short of trying each one I have no way of knowing if any are good or not. the reviews don't help as one review says it's brilliant, the next says it's rubbish.

I use Imray tides after recommendation here. I like it for tides on the day.

You might have to explain what you are looking for from “the old format”.

A lot of us have used mobile phone Apps, like Absolute Tides in my case, for years and it gives everything I need for UK waters. This include tidal curves which are useful.
Having abandoned EasyTide years ago, I don’t know what its functionality was that you are missing, And I suspect others experienced with mobile tide apps may be equally ignorant about EasyTide.

I believe Absolute Tides uses official UKHO data so is consistent with EasyTide (albeit Scottish tides don’t always read the official tide tables).

All I want is tidal curves for primary ports to be displayed in a clear to read format on a small mobile phone screen with no unecessary clutter and easy to scroll.

the old Easy Tide format did that, turn the phone on it's side (landscape format) and each days tide curve nicely filled the screen and you could scroll up and down to see (in the case of easy tide) the next 7 days of tide curves.

If it could display more than 7 days ahead that would be a real bonus.

Suspect Absolute Tides app will give you what you need then - UKHO data for a year, simple tide curve for any port and date you want.

Per Dunesdin ... Absolute Tides does very nicely on the mobile and tablet
