Admin - the clocks still on BST!

I noticed that the time stamp for posts is 1hr ahead of GMT so looks like the clock has not been reset to GMT since the clock change.

Its not the forum, its your personal settings.

The underlying server runs on GMT/UTC

You then set in your personal profile both the timeszone you are in and the Daylight saving routine you are on - (Go to "Settings", "General Settings" - scroll down for your timezone)

It's a individual setting, click on 'settings' at top right, then under the 'my settings' menu on the left you'll find the DST options under 'general settings'.
