Hi guys,
My bunk 'launching trolley'/trailer is a bunked trailer with a single keel roller up front. The roller is mounted on a bracket with a vertical shaft and secured to the trailer with 2 x U-Bolts and a plate. Now finding a roller is no problem, but for the life of me (Been searching all morning) I can't find a suitable mount. I've seen other tyres of mounts online but they wouldn't suit as the rollers will be quite a bit above the crossmembers. I have attached a picture, you will see the front roller (NOT the bow rollers beside the winch). I have tried emailing the manafacturer (American) but no word from t hem yet. You will also see 'wings' which are covered with white tubing - I want to avoid these if possible

Getting the roller, and small bracket that it sits into is no problem, but I can't find any units with a vertical shaft attached to the bottom of this little bracket

Any help much appreciated!

Adrian - Been on to their website but can't see anything suitable. I think i'll just go for a standard roller assembly and weld an 'arm' on to it myself. Then just buy some U-Bolts and plates. I'll try giving them an e-mail once I get a proper picture of the item I need

Thanks for the advise
