Adhesive / Sealant for PVC?

Sikaflex 291 seems okay on PVC for my dinghy but it is expensive and not near a chandlers at the moment. I only need a very small amount where I can't use 2part adhesive.

I read that Puraflex 40 and Stixall are similar but reading the tech sheet not to be used on plasticizers whereas s291 appears okay.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a suitable alternative?

ISTR a tube glue called VinylWeld or similar?

There is the normal pvc glue, but after some Sealant to fill a gap that can't be glued with normal pvc 2part adhesive due to the awkward location.
