I think it probably would (if the Achilles is not PVC, obviously) though it seems that the solvent is different - heptane not toluene (?), possibly for regulatory reasons. However, in such a critical application I would choose one specifically for Hypalon. If you cannot obtain such and already have that adhesive, could you try it on a couple of pieces of spare patch material first?

Thank you. I have corrected it now.
Check with the Polymarine website to confirm that your dinghy is Hypalon. It is listed as being Hypalon but Polymarine suggest some simple tests to confirm it

Then use the proper adhesive. For a big repair I'd suggest its worth getting a two part adhesive but it's not necessary for a small repair.
£6 or £7 from Polymarine, or probably even from your favourite chandlery, and you will get a long lasting repair. The glue in your link may not do that

I have an old Achilles made in hypalon. I have made numerous repairs using easily obtained contact adhesive and old rubber inner tubes. I have used evo stick and the spray on glue types. ( The glue sniffers favourites). They have all done an adequate job but seem to break down with age and UV within a year or so.

However the best solution is to use what I used for the food industry to fasten and seal plastic switch plates to stainless steel cabinets. It is a 3m product that is a micron thick layer of adhesive trapped between two peel off surfaces. It will stick patches to virtually anything and the bond gets stronger with age and is totally water resistant. It's not cheap!
3M 8153LSE (300LSE Adhesive) Double Linered Laminating Adhesive Sheet 5 per pack. Cut your patch, Peel one side of the adhesive protection stick patch to adhesive. Cut the patch out of the sheet. Peel the second protective side and attach patch to dinghy.
Top tip only patch with an absolute minimum of inflation pressure and after cleaning off with an automotive panel wipe or denatured alcohol. Leave for at least 6 hours before trying maximum inflation.
I have used this for all sorts of repairs including sail patching, sticking solar panels, fixing headlinings and edging strip for a breakfast bar! No mess and easy to use.
