Acrylic window

Following on from my last posting on windows

What would be best to use to bond window latchs and hinges onto Acrylic ?
At the same time best way to remove the old onces which are bonded to reuse?

I used toughened glass on my yacht although I was a bit apprehensive. I needn't have worried because I think I would need an angle grinder to remove them.
