Hi forum just trying to find any information about one this model of boat or anyone's experience ? The one I have been offered is a 2002 two cabin version with tamd 63p's Thanks
ACM were a french yard that disappeared around 2008/9 after absorption into the Dufour group.
The Dynasty 43 is the largest if their flybridge biats. Smaller is the Excellance 38, and smaller still is the coupe Heritage 31 and 26.
Plus points are wide decks and a functional build. Don't expect motor yacht quality, they are close in fit and finish to a big fisher style boat - lots of GRP mouldings on show and layout wise they can be a bit awkward.
I quite like them but they are a tough sell in France, a really tough sell out of france. Is the one you have been offered in the Hamble - a Royal Southern member? If so its been for sale for about 3 years mainly due to the woefully optimistic pricing. The 3 cabin biats sell quicker as the third cabin makes it different. The two cabin boats offer nothing over the normal stuff at this size and aren't as nice or we'll put together as a Fairline/princess/sealine/Azimut or even the big Beneteau Antares.
If bought at the right price it will be a good boat, but you'll own it for a long time as they don't get any easier to sell. I don't have perfotmace figures to hand but I'd have thought 63p engines will be marginal performance wise
Thanks for that. The boat is actually in the Balearics its a good spec with a/c and generator I can't tell you much more as the broker ( who I know personally ) has just done a deal with the owner to supply a new boat and I will receive pics etc tomorrow. It may necessitate a quick trip to see it next week as it seems very good value ......I can't find anything for sale in this country ,how much was it for sale for ?
