Achilles ID

Can anyone id the achilles with this reefing claw ? I would like to contact the owner, to find out more of this method of reefing. The photo was posted by Damo in the summer at Portishead lock, any help would be gratefully received.

I don't know the boat but have used that type of reefing. My brother had it on his Westerly Centaur. He did not have it mounted on a piece of wood. It was connected to the kicker and a wire which went to the end of the boom. In the end we fitted slab reefing as the mainsail lost it's shape when rolled around the boom. I have seen the picture before and thought it may make lif a little easier when reefing.
