Can anyone who uses Absolute Tides on android tell me how I go about displaying secondary port data? I've just downloaded the 2015 standard port data and set Plymouth as my standard port, as Dartmouth is not offered.

Then, I created Greenaway Quay as a secondary port. So far so good, but I just can't find a way of displaying this as the data shown. I still get Plymouth!

Ideally, is there a way to display the secondary port on the widget on the homes screen?

Any help appreciated, thanks.

Update: apparently, after configuring the secondary port, you need to go to 'change data source' and select the new secondary port that you've just configured. It then also appears in the widget on the home screen.

so, no need for replies to original post, but hopefully will be helpful to others, so post not deleted.

Just some advice for other forumites. Glad you found the solution Kal - the app is mostly intuitive but if you do get stuck I've found the developer is extremely helpful and prompt in replyig to queries or sorting out bugs. the Met Office changed their inshore waters forecast site and that stopped working. it was working again in a few hours after i reported the problem with a patch that google play sintalled automatically. so too when Android Kit Kat became Lollipop. Lots of apps fell over but when I reported that to Absolute Tides they fixed it quickly.

Brilliant app. great support and no I'm not related to the owner or associated with the company!

+1 Bob. I emailed the support address and the developer replied within 3 hours, on a Saturday too. Not sure anyone could ask for better customer service.

Anyway, I have the tide at Greenway sitting on my phone's home screen, willing me away from whatever else I may be doing...very satisfied.
